Storey are supporting The Crown Estate to reposition Cunard House to play a pivotal role as a central amenity hub within the St James’ portfolio. The asset enhancements currently under development including rotating the entrance and amenity within the building 180 degrees to create a new entrance and arrival experience on Babmeas Street. In addition the project will provide additional massing, lift extension and replacement, capital plant replacement, core relocation UKPN plant co-ordination and new roof terraces. The project also includes the assessment of the project against the Crown Estates Sustainable Development Principles and Net Zero Carbon ambitions.
