Countryside Properties appointed Storey during the PQQ stage to support with their overall offering to Waltham Forest in terms of commercial / civic delivery experience. Having successfully secured the site, Countryside engaged Storey to to work alongside the design team and internal Development Manager to deliver, in co-ordination and on behalf of Waltham Forest Council, the demolition a 1970’s Magistrates Court and construction of a purpose built council office and civic building.

When completed, the building will include ground floor hospitality and social / public amenity offering and, as part of the wider regeneration of the town hall complex, will transform the way the Council operates and delivers services to residents.
